Robert Laing, MARLA
Lettings Director
Rob is a Director of Laing Bennett, he joined the company in 2012 growing the business and incorporated ‘Phillip A Chapman’. Before Laing Bennett, he ran his own business for over 10 years. Rob was born and bought up in Lyminge and now has children growing up in the village and attending the primary school. Rob leads the Lettings team and uses his wealth of knowledge in building and property to manage our ever-growing lettings portfolio. Rob also handles the checkout process and deposit returns. Rob is a Member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) and holds a Level 3 Technical Award in Residential Letting & Property Management.
